We aim to keep delivery costs to an absolute minimum. Delivery charges are fixed at $7 .  These prices are for delivery with in Australia Only - Delivery to the USA, UK and New Zealand is fixed at $30.  We use Australia Post as our main courier. Delivery time is the same as usual post. We accept NO responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days in its original packaging, together with the packing slip. We will promptly refund or credit your account, with the full price of the item purchased, or send a replacement - the choice is yours!  Please note delivery fees will not be refunded.

We accept payment by credit card through Paymate.com which is a secure and safe site.  We at My Socks Rock do not keep customer's credit card details as payment is handled by Paymate.

We also accept bank deposit, cheque or money order.
